For international marine distributors and dealership networks, time is not just money—time is your entire year’s profit.

The marine industry is fiercely seasonal. In Europe and North America, the spring and summer months represent the absolute peak of retail boat sales. We know the deep anxiety that keeps global buyers awake at night: “If the factory delays my shipment by even two weeks, the container will miss the start of the boating season. My inventory will sit in the warehouse all winter, and my capital will be frozen.”

At our shipyard, we treat delivery schedules with the same engineering precision as our hull construction. We don't make vague promises. Here is a transparent breakdown of our production lead times, seasonal warnings, and flexible Sample Order policies designed to keep your showroom stocked exactly when your market is buying.

Reliable Lead Times Built for Your Calendar

Our standard production lead time is 30 to 45 days from the receipt of the deposit to the completion of container loading. This timeline includes precision CNC cutting, double-sided welding, AkzoNobel powder coating, tube fabrication, and full turn-key electrical rigging.

However, to ensure your boats arrive at your facility ahead of the critical April/May spring launch, you must calculate backwards from ocean transit times:

  • To Western Europe (Germany/France/Portugal): Requires approx. 35–45 days of ocean freight.

  • To North America (East/West Coast): Requires approx. 25–35 days of ocean freight.

The Seasonal Procurement Roadmap (Crucial for Planning)

To protect your business from global shipping bottlenecks and factory peak-season queues, we strongly advise following our Seasonal Sourcing Strategy Matrix:

If You Want Boats Ready For...

You Should Place Your Order In...

Why This Timing Matters

Spring Launch (April - May)

October - November (Previous Year)

The Optimal Window: Boats are produced during our winter stability period, shipped in January/February, and arrive at your showroom in March, right as retail buyers begin shopping.

Summer Peak (June - July)

January - February

The Safety Window: Accounts for the annual Lunar New Year factory holiday pause and ensures arrival before mid-summer.

Autumn Boat Shows (Sept - Oct)

May - June

The Marketing Window: Ideal for manufacturing next-generation prototypes and customized display models for local trade shows.

Peak Season Warning: Our production floor operates at maximum capacity between December and March every year due to global pre-season ordering. Orders placed during this peak window may experience extended lead times of up to 60 days. Booking your production slots in the autumn (October/November) is the best way to lock in fast lead times and guaranteed shipment dates.

Flexible MOQ Policy: Testing the Waters with Confidence

We know that taking on a new manufacturing partner is a trust exercise. You need to physically inspect the weld quality, test the hydrostatic performance of the hull, and evaluate the finishing of the tubes in your local waters before committing to a full container.

  • Our Standard Container MOQ: Typically, we encourage full container loads (20 GP or 40 HQ) to maximize shipping cost efficiencies.

  • Our Qualified Dealer Sample Policy: For genuine marine distributors, yacht brokers, and commercial fleet buyers looking to run a market test, we officially support a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of just 1 Single Unit for your initial Sample Order.

We welcome you to drive our sample boat hard, beach it on gravel, and put it through rigorous water trials. We are confident that our master craftsmanship will speak for itself.
