Recently, a customer from Indonesia specially appointed Mr. Ge, their representative from Hangzhou, to visit our factory for on-site inspection. The core purpose of this visit is to purchase an aluminum alloy RIB boat (rigid inflatable boat) with a total length of 960 centimeters for offshore fishing, island hopping navigation, and coastal exploration operations in Indonesian waters.
Indonesia, as a country of ten thousand islands, has vast sea areas and extremely demanding requirements for the endurance, corrosion resistance, and reliability of boats. After in-depth communication with us about the ship design and configuration details, the customer has high expectations for the product. In terms of configuration, the customer has explicitly requested to be equipped with two 250 horsepower Yamaha outboard engines, paired with an enlarged sunshade and a complete GPS navigation system. The dual engine configuration not only provides abundant power redundancy, but also adds crucial safety assurance during long-distance navigation.
The RIB960 that the customer is interested in is one of the flagship models in our ship series. The biggest highlight of this 9.6-meter-long aluminum alloy RIB ship is its amazing endurance - with a total fuel capacity of up to 400 liters, consisting of two 200 liter built-in fuel tanks. This design allows ships to navigate ultra long distances on the water surface without frequent refueling, whether it is deep into offshore fishing grounds, shuttling between islands, or carrying out coastal exploration tasks, all with ease.
In terms of hull structure, RIB960 is made of marine grade aluminum alloy material, which combines lightweight and high-strength characteristics. Compared to traditional fiberglass materials, aluminum alloy hulls have significant advantages such as impact resistance, salt corrosion resistance, low temperature non brittleness, and high temperature non deformation. ORCA equipped on the hull ® Hypalon floats are renowned for their excellent UV resistance, wear resistance, and extreme temperature resistance. The hull is equipped with 8 independent chambers, with a total width of 3.2 meters, providing excellent stability and safety for navigation.
In terms of driving experience, RIB960 is carefully equipped with a hardtop console compartment, providing crucial protection for electronic devices and storage, while also creating a dry and safe driving space for operators. The sturdy console paired with ergonomic seats ensures the comfort and control of the helmsman's position. The spacious boarding platform and integrated gangway at the stern make it easy and safe to go up and down the ship.

Mr. Ge came to our factory specifically for this trip and visited various production processes from aluminum alloy sheet cutting, ship welding, float bonding to final assembly and debugging. He carefully reviewed our welding process, material selection, and quality control system, and had in-depth discussions with our technical personnel on the details of the ship's structure.
Throughout the entire inspection process, our company's standardized production process, strict quality control, and professional technical team left a deep impression on Mr. Ge.
