Advanced Steel Racking & Nested Stacking (The Art of Saving Space)

We completely eliminate the old, hazardous method of loose-stacking or relying on flimsy wooden crates. To combat high shipping costs, our logistics team utilizes custom-engineered Heavy-Duty Steel Transport Racks.

Double-Decker Stacking: For our smaller and mid-sized tenders (300cm to 470cm), these heavy-duty steel frames allow us to securely stack boats in a "double-decker" configuration inside a 40HQ container. The top rack completely isolates the upper boat's weight, ensuring zero pressure is applied to the tubes or hull of the boat underneath.

Modular Angular Nesting: For specific models, our 3D design team creates precise nesting arrangements. By deflating the tubes to a safe, calculated pressure and aligning the rigid hulls at optimized angles, we can safely fit up to double the quantity of boats compared to standard flat loading.

Detachable Console & Folding Transom Engineering

For larger mid-range models (520cm to 680cm) equipped with center consoles and A-bars (roll bars), vertical clearance inside a standard container is the enemy.

To overcome this, our ODM engineering team designs these models with Quick-Release Detachable Consoles or Folding Roll Bars.

All internal wiring harnesses and steering cables are pre-routed using heavy-duty, marine-grade plug-and-play quick connectors.

This allows the console to be safely lowered or detached and secured flat against the deck during transit, significantly reducing the vertical profile and allowing more boats to be nested into a single container.

Five-Layer Armor Protection (Anti-Scratch Shielding)

A flawless AkzoNobel powder coating and a pristine ORCA Hypalon tube must arrive in exactly that condition: flawless. To prevent any friction or scratching caused by the relentless rocking of an ocean vessel, every boat undergoes a rigorous Five-Layer Wrapping Protocol:

  • Layer 1 (The Contact Barrier): High-density soft PE foam wraps all delicate surfaces, steering wheels, and acrylic windshields.

  • Layer 2 (The Shock Absorber): Thick, industrial-grade EPE Pearl Cotton sheets are wrapped around the entire aluminum hull and transom to absorb any transit vibrations.

  • Layer 3 (The Friction Shield): Heavy-duty double-layered bubble wrap blankets the inflatable tubes to prevent rub-burns against the steel frames.

  • Layer 4 (The Shell): The entire vessel is sealed in a tough, puncture-resistant PVC outer stretch-film wrap, locking out moisture and dust.

  • Layer 5 (Structural Tie-Downs): The wrapped boats are locked into the steel racks using heavy-duty, non-stretch ratchet straps, ensuring zero shifting inside the container.
