Recently, Chris, the engineer representing our valued German client Heinrich, paid a dedicated visit to Colton Factory to conduct a thorough factory acceptance inspection for two custom-built rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) – the Fiberglass RIB580 and RIB700.
Upon arrival, Chris first focused on the detailed inspection of the two customized RIBs tailored for Heinrich. Both vessels are crafted with premium ORCA Hypalon material, renowned for its exceptional durability, tear resistance and long service life, fully meeting the high-quality requirements of the German market. Each boat is also equipped with a specially designed sunshade awning, enhancing practicality and comfort for offshore use. Chris carried out an extremely meticulous and comprehensive check on every detail of the boats, including the craftsmanship of the fiberglass hull, the sealing performance of the Hypalon fabric, the firmness of component installation, and the finishing of overall processing. After careful verification, he expressed full satisfaction with the product quality, precise customization and exquisite workmanship of Colton’s RIBs, affirming that the boats fully complied with all the agreed specifications and quality standards.
Following the boat acceptance, Chris was guided to tour our entire production facility. He visited the fiberglass production workshop, where he carefully observed the production molds and advanced manufacturing processes, gaining an in-depth understanding of our strict quality control throughout the fiberglass molding, grinding and finishing stages. Later, he came to the inflatable boat assembly workshop, where he inspected a wide range of finished RIB products of different models and sizes. During the tour, Chris highly recognized Colton’s standardized production process, mature manufacturing technology and rigorous quality management system, showing great appreciation for our strong production capacity and professional manufacturing capabilities.
Immediately after the inspection and factory tour, Chris submitted a detailed and positive report to Mr. Heinrich. Impressed by Colton’s superior product quality, professional production strength and reliable product performance, Chris clearly stated on behalf of Heinrich that they have a strong intention to become Colton’s authorized dealer in Germany, aiming to promote and sell more of Colton’s high-quality RIB boats in the German and European markets.
This successful acceptance visit not only consolidates the friendly cooperative relationship between Colton and Heinrich, but also lays a solid foundation for further in-depth strategic cooperation.
