• Elite ORCA® / Premium Hypalon Tubes: 5-Year Structural Warranty against fabric degradation, porosity, and seam delamination.

• Heavy-Duty 1.2mm Mehler® PVC Tubes: 2-Year Structural Warranty against thermal weld failure and material defects under proper maintenance.

• Marine-Grade Aluminum Hulls: 3-Year Structural Warranty on the aluminum plating and double-sided structural welds (including the 10mm keel and transom backbone) against cracking or catastrophic failure under normal recreational/commercial use.

Tier 1: Minor Field Repairs (Every Boat Includes a Repair Fleet Kit)

Every single aluminum RIB we ship is delivered with a Complimentary Factory Repair Kit custom-matched to that exact vessel. The kit includes:

• Large swatches of identical tube fabric (matching color, thickness, and brand).

• Premium, marine-grade two-part adhesive glue.

• Pressure gauge and valve replacement tools. This ensures your workshop or your retail buyer can resolve minor scuffs or puncture incidents in minutes without downtime.

Tier 2: Mid-Level Component Failures (Express Parts Replacement)

If an integrated accessory—such as a steering console hatch, a fuel sender, a bilge pump, or an EVA decking panel—fails due to a component defect, we do not make you wait. Upon reviewing digital photo/video evidence, we ship replacement parts via Global Express Air Freight (DHL/FedEx/UPS) directly to your facility at our expense.

Tier 3: Rare Major Manufacturing Defects (100% Risk Mitigation)

In the highly unlikely event of a catastrophic manufacturing flaw (such as a structural weld crack or irreparable factory tube failure):

• No Return Shipping Required: We will never ask you to ship a hull back to China.

• Free Replacement Vessel: Upon verification by our engineering compliance board, we will manufacture a brand-new, identical replacement boat and ship it to you 100% free of charge in your next container order, or issue a direct financial credit/refund.
