Meta Description: From the compact 520 to the ocean-going SP1150, explore our full range of aluminum RIBs. 5-series marine grade aluminum, XL shaft only, and horsepower ratings you can trust.
Target Keywords: aluminum RIB for sale, rigid inflatable boat specifications, Hypalon vs PVC RIB
Not every boater needs an 11.5-meter twin-engine flagship. And not every boater wants a tiny tender that struggles in chop.
That is why we built fourteen distinct models across three size classes:
Class | Models | Best For |
Compact (5.2m–6.6m) | 520, 560, 600, 660 | Lakes, rivers, tenders, first-time RIB owners |
Mid-Size (7.0m–8.6m) | 700, 760, 800, SP860 | Coastal cruising, fishing charters, |
Flagship (9.0m–11.5m) | SP900, SP960, SP990, SP1150 | Commercial ops, dive charters, superyacht tenders |
5-series marine grade aluminum (hull and deck)
XL shaft outboards only (no exceptions)
Category C certification (coastal/inshore waters)
24°–26° deadrise for a smooth, dry ride
But the differences matter. Let us walk you through the lineup.
The entry point to aluminum RIB ownership.
These boats are light enough to tow behind a midsize SUV, small enough to store in a garage, yet tough enough to handle choppy inland waters and protected bays.
Model | Length | Beam | Max HP | Fuel | Max Load | Tube Option |
520 | 5.23m | 2.46m | 100HP | 100L | 1065kg | PVC or Hypalon |
560 | 5.66m | 2.46m | 115HP | 120L | 1175kg | PVC or Hypalon |
600 | 6.05m | 2.56m | 150HP | 140L | 1315kg | PVC or Hypalon |
660 | 6.65m | 2.56m | 200HP | 150L | 1450kg | PVC or Hypalon |
24° deadrise (520, 560): Perfect for inland lakes and calm rivers. Provides stability at rest while still cutting through small chop.
26° deadrise (600, 660): The same deep-V as our larger offshore models. Handles rougher water with confidence.
PVC or Hypalon tubes: Choose based on your budget and climate (see Article 3 for the detailed comparison).
5 airtight chambers: Safety redundancy if one chamber is compromised.
520: Suzuki 90HP or Yamaha 100HP
560: Mercury 115HP or Honda 100HP
600: Yamaha 150HP or Suzuki 140HP
660: Mercury 200HP or Honda 150HP
Lake cabin owners needing a versatile runabout
Sailboat owners wanting a rigid tender
First-time RIB buyers who want aluminum durability without a huge investment
Anglers fishing protected bays and rivers
The sweet spot for coastal adventure.
When you move to 7 meters and beyond, everything changes. You gain serious wave-punching ability, twin-engine options, and enough fuel range for full-day excursions.
Model | Length | Beam | Max HP | Fuel | Max Load | Tube Material |
700 | 7.0m | 2.66m | 250HP | 200L | 1580kg | Hypalon only |
760 | 7.60m | 2.97m | 300HP | 300L | 1700kg | Hypalon only |
800 | 8.0m | 3.07m | 2×200HP | 350L | 1850kg | Hypalon only |
SP860 | 8.6m | 3.07m | 2×250HP | 450L | 2106kg | Hypalon only |
Mid-size and larger boats see more sun exposure, longer trips, and rougher conditions. Hypalon (CSM) offers superior UV resistance, chemical resistance, and repairability. PVC is not offered on these models because we refuse to compromise on durability at this size class.
Redundancy: If one engine fails, the other brings you home
Maneuverability: Counter-rotating props make docking in wind effortless
Power: 400–500HP total for speeds above 50 knots
Deadrise consistency: All mid-size models feature 26° deadrise – the industry gold standard for coastal RIBs.
Fishing charter operators (6–10 anglers)
Families who take weekend coastal trips
Divers needing stable platforms and gear storage
Boaters who regularly encounter 1–2 meter chop.
Flagship Class: SP900, SP960, SP990, SP1150
Commercial-grade performance for serious missions.
These are not weekend toys. These are vessels designed for daily commercial use, long-range expeditions, and the most demanding conditions within Category C limits.
Model | Length | Beam | Max HP | Fuel | Max Load | Tube Diameter |
SP900 | 9.0m | 3.12m | 2×250HP | 450L | 2106kg | 560mm |
SP960 | 9.6m | 3.12m | 2×300HP | 450L | 2500kg | 560mm |
SP990 | 9.9m | 3.12m | 2×300HP | 450L | 2500kg | 560mm |
SP1150 | 11.5m | 3.7m | 2×400HP | 800L | 3000kg | 600mm |
Heavy-duty tube diameters: 560mm (SP900–SP990) and 600mm (SP1150) provide significantly more buoyancy and a drier ride than the 530mm tubes on compact models.
Wider beams: 3.12m to 3.7m creates incredible deck space. The SP1150 has an inside width of 2.4m – enough for a center console with full walkaround.
Twin big-block outboards: 800HP total on the SP1150 pushes this 11.5m RIB past 55 knots while carrying 20 passengers.
Massive fuel capacity: 800 liters on the SP1150 means 400+ nautical mile range. Run from Miami to Bimini and back without refueling.
Commercial dive and snorkel charters
Law enforcement and patrol agencies
Superyacht owners needing a serious tender (the SP1150 is larger than many production center consoles)
High-end day charter businesses
Rescue organizations requiring speed and stability
